This is 3rd time their service department has fallen short.Missed collections, wrong dates given and accusations of causing damage to my own car that Ford thankfully sorted out for me.

Once again, you guys jumped to attention. Phoned at 8 in the morning without warning. 3 hours later I had a clean, fully serviced car with new brake pads. Well impressed. Thanks guys.
