Nice bar with good choice of drinks. Staff very friendly and their live music nights are always a good night out.

Great local pub, with some good choices of beer. The last time i was there they had the Dundonian Pilsner beer on draft and its fantastic. The pool table and dart board are both good and they Football on TV Added bonus - they have live music at the weekends and the bands are usually good quality.
I was at the Black Abbot because the Swizzle Sisters were performing. There was a happy early evening crowd enjoying the music, some sitting out in the sun, some playing pool, everyone having a drink. There was no food on offet that evening.
