Food was great. Service too. However only 1 flavoured gin to choose from, and no Malibu, which is a standard spirit to have on the shelf.

We had a nice meal in the Lochy as is called in Montrose, good wholesome food and a nice friendly atmosphere.
We booked a table on Sunday evening at 6. 30pm and it was our first time , the food was absolutely fabulous and outstanding service , we will definitely be back and highly recommend this pub .
Pleasantly surprised with the food here it's affordable and fresh and very tasty. For four of us each having two courses we were only 44 and everyone was very satisfied. Quite busy on a Sunday between 5-7 when meals are served but the bar is deceptively large inside and able to accommodate many tables, highly recommend for food and a beer
