I have two properties up for sale by different agents. My flat is an excellent property in Montrose. Upgraded, spacious three bedroom flat central to the town. It has been up for sale with Find my Buyer Montrose for a period in excess of one month. No statistics are forthcoming regarding views on website and no For Sale sign. For a top floor flat this (sales board) is imperative. When speaking to staff the attitude overall was negative. Not what a vendor would be seeking.I am aware properties of my type take time to sell (I have to be balanced and realistic). However, you need an estate agent with a positive forthright attitude coupled with a willingness to interact with possible buyers and advertise the property appropriately.This prompted me to sell my family home with Yopa. Contrary to the aforementioned the service here was excellent, sales staff highly proactive and positive plus I have access to statistics at a push of a button. A five star service at three star costs.Moreover, Yopa are far cheaper than Find My Buyer.I rarely make a review for services etc. Selling a property can be the most important time for a family/individual. To that end it is important to chose wisely your agent.
