This is a really handy car park for me as I live on the high street. My boyfriend uses the carpark also as a place to charge his electric car, the only other place in Montrose to do this is the leisure centre.This car park will be ruined come November when the parking charges commence. A real shame, although is bound to make the council a fortune.
This would be 5* but in November it's becoming a pay and display. Only used this to charge the car occasionally, now I won't be using it, I've never seen this car park full and it's usually used by locals to park near their home, I can't believe the council is going to start charging people... The money they'll spend on a prick warden could go back into the pot.
