A lovely friendly atmosphere at this Gym. The classes are great fun and you are encouraged to be the best you can be. Would highly recommend

As a newcomer to Mission Fitness,I have enjoyed it,so far.I have been made very welcome & Kim & Marion are very encouraging.I will definately be continuing to try more classes,& hope to achieve my goals.
