Excellent selection & all on one floor. Staff very friendly and helpful (all except one incredibly grumpy older man who thankfully just scowled from a distance) whilst giving you space to browse without being in you face. Nice touch with a coffee machine with a lovely selection and very clean toilets. Really liked that we weren't followed around and hassled, though the woman seemed to be there whenever we had a question, but would leave us alone again when she'd answered us. Very competitive prices and many bargains to be had. Get rid of the grumpy old man though!
